    I love the effect from the ammonia bath but how do you seal it and maintain the colour? I've tried with a spray sealer but it changed the colour quite a lot. Thanks for the video. I love the bracelet.

      Hello M,
      I use “Nikolas #2105 Clear Lacquer”. It is quite pricey but does a nice job without altering the colours (too much).

      But, I often leave my patinas unsealed… this is called a “living patina”. A living patina will change over the years…. what happens to it… happens to it. It’s nice to embrace what a patina is - something which is always changing…. also much better for the environment and your heath and your budget. Just be sure to explain to your customer what a Living Patina is.
