I have bad news John, in this day and age it’s awefully tough to find someone in the states with “pure” bloodlines to Irish or Scottish heritage let alone enough to furnish a whole pipe band. If that’s your feelings on it so be it. BUTT! If that were actually rule, you’d see your beloved pipe bands disappear just as quick as they started. 1962 for the fire service 😘 close your eyes and listen to the band and you’d never know what the hell they were wearing
