Medieval 2 total war is a fun game full of funny moments from the past, will I rename the famous cities of the world into something cash money? Or will it be another run down English town? WHO KNOWS?!

From giant smoke balls at the end of sticks that would help to obscure a charge, to huge sparkler type weapons that would shoot sparks and fire that would scare the living hell out of any ancient person, Song Dynasty, China

Help I downloaded Victoria 2 after two years without playing.
I've been now playing for 51 hours almost constantly, I haven't slept only drunk more than liter of Red Bull and I already ordered three pizzas.

1:22 man that's not true timurids had awesome infantry and spearmen historically. If you wanna put weakness of timur it should be that after the death of the ruler everyone general should become rebel or somthing like that.

@@CarterPringle yea plus that is waaaay too much snow for southern United States. Wealthy old people travel down south during winter. Florida specifically cause it stay like 60 degrees F (15.5 C) during our winters. It looks more like Greenland with all of that snow lmao.
When you were killing the Turks I got an ad for Game of Sultans.
Timur khan himself is a from a Turkic nomad tribe from Uzbekistan. So yeah he is Turkic but he also claimed being a relative of Genghis Khan ofc this claim has no back up but its main objective was to give him legitimacy which it did.
I mean, Timur wasn't wrong as much of Asia's population was related to Ghengis Khan and his extended family because the majority of the female population were raped during the mongol invasions.

Yea, if you wanna get on the throne you had to do that. He could not say he was not a noble or not blood raleted to anyone who is important. And we are talking about culture, not genetic. Btw back then Mongols and Turkic tribes were very much similar cultural wise. But they were not speaking same language. But great Mongol leaders like Genghis, they can speak Turkic languages real good. (cuz they have too much Turkic wariors and generals on their army)

Anatolian Turks came from Turkmenistan for sure, but they were there before 1000, with Seljcuks first they came to Iran then Anatoila in 1071 but ofcouse some of them dont left thier land and after some time (like 400 year) they fight with Timurs side and Timur was speaking their language. You could read his letter if you want.

hey isp, the mongols in fact used gunpowder weapons, and the timmurids being a succesor state to the mongols. thus it wouldnt be too far fetched seing them use gunpowder weapons at this time.
He knows, it’s just that the game settings had that turn set all the way back in the 11th century.
