Looks good, I have had asset scope collision within themes in the past and this seems like it will fix it but I am still curious about duplicate naming scope ...will look into this and play with some things.

Hello, in the Recap page, there is a little error about the line " protected $pThemeGridFrameworkHandle = 'bootstrap3' "
There is not a " ; "
