*My interpretation* The guy appeared physically hurt, I mean, there were shards of glass on the floor and bruises on him, but after examining him, the paramedics realised that the hurt he was actually feeling was emotional...he was literally singing a song about heartbreak...so, the paramedics decided to help him get another chance at love by setting up a date for him...some even showed off their violin playing skills...bless them all. Hopefully, things worked out well for the guy. Beautiful song :)
