That dial is striking and so legible!
He is not being honest about the strap or he’s not spent enough time wearing it, I own one of these, the strap is very thick and being made of silicone it tends to stick to itself causing you to struggle and pull it quite hard to release it from the buckle and keepers, also due to the thickness it is hard to get a good fit and is an effort to adjust when wrist expands on hot days again due to the strap sticking. Great watch but buy it on the leather or get an aftermarket strap
I have a few questions and will be obliged if anyone can provide answers:
Were the earlier versions okay in build quality and reliability or did they have any issues which called for the upgrade?
What is the purpose of oil-filling watches?
Does the oil need any periodic replacement, or is it filled for life?
If the oil does need to be changed/replaced, does the watch have to go back to U-Boat, or can the oil be purchased off-the-shelf and filled in by a reputed watch dealer?

Hmmmm when Sinn does an oil filled watch it is for a reason and is 5000 meters water resistant. When U-Boat does an oil filled watch it is for fashion and is 50 meters water resistant.
What possible reason could anyone give for a watch with a 5km water resistance? 😂
