something with straight cut cam gears thats for sure if its a 1641 its a 69 x 87 config. heads, induction and comp will tell what cam he can use. sounds like he is turning over 5k rpm. probably 120hp car. so maybe something like an engle w110(or equivalent or bigger) just a guess.
