@@AlexDerrick_DP I definitely loved the look.. But I'm talking about the motion in pan. It looks very abnormal and jello like.. I'm getting my komodo.. Next week.. This got me worried
@@docteja2374 There is something going on in a few shots that looks like jello effect, but it is being caused by two things. One, from the anamorphic lens. The distortion on the edges is so strong it is giving the impression there is some skewing. Two, I tilted the camera axis when I panned. This combined with the distortion of the lens is giving the added rolling shutter artifact feel. Make senes? See 1:00 - 1:05, the quick whip you don't see any distortion. It's all good.
which anamorphic glass did you use? and which taking lense? looks really sharp
i love the footage, it's weird it feels like im watching a movie but also not
hahaha, yes this is a vintage lens. It has that feel of movies from 70s maybe 80s to my eye.
looks super cinematic for a silly test
Hahah thanks.
wich lens is this?
custom
anamorphic setup...
Why is it looking so distorted and jello like
Because it's an ultra-wide lens on the full Super 35 sensor, I am not cropping the sides of the image at all.

@@docteja2374 It's not jelly... trust me.
