For the Pool, It hasn't been Maintenance for Quite sometimes. Which is going Cost you a liot of money. Even the Bathrooms are Original. That DEAD White Tile, Should be gone. It Absolutely needs Green Turf Maintenance, For Front and Backyard. The Only thing that I did like was You have Plenty of Kitchen Cabinets. $550,000 is way to High more like $450,000!
