- 2023 was a good year for removing games from the backlog. Lets take a game room tour of the 19 games beaten and removed from the backlog this year. From xenogears to Neon white, and several other games in between. Only games that came out in 2022 or earlier were eligible. well with one exception oops.

im in the minority that liked Callisto Protocol .. i have not played the DLC yet
I enjoyed it for what it is, but had I bought it day 1 I would have been much more harsh on it. Should have focused more on gameplay and less on “Hollywood actors” etc
Do you have any favourite "fan-made" games? Eg Streets of Rage Remake, Donkey Kong 4 etc.
I really like Legend of Link. It’s a fan hack of Zelda 1 that adds a lot of assets from links awakening and abilities from link to the past and awakening. It’s a super impressive game.
Silent Hill 2, BRO!!!! THE GOAT! Silent Hill 3... that's... that is... a weird F'ing game. A lot of unusual creative choices. I don't anyone would agree but I would suggest beating Silent Hill 3 before Silent Hill 2.
Im finding silent hill 2 vs 3 is a hotly contested debate amongst some people. Similar to what gba castlevania is the best. 3 before 2?? Interesting.
@@LukesGamerRoom Doesn't seem like much of a debat... Aria of Sorrow, it is Aria of Sorrow. I suggest it because SH3 is like VERY tied into the SH1 storyline so it is more like direct sequel. Plus, I played 2 and then 3 and it's not like Silent Hill 3 is a bad or inferior game it's just... inferior to Silent Hill 2, IMO and Silent Hill 3 lost a little luster.
