People have to pay for their crimes, even if they have changed, even if they have removed their tattoos. Tattoos can be removed but the dead will not come back to life.

They have the right to make a phone call and a visit from their family. You took away their right to defend themselves in court or like i said a phone call, and visitation rights. If they havent committed a crime in El Salvador they deserve the right to be released. If a person changes and has a tattoo of their past. They deserve the right to be release. My brother is one of those cases i speak about that changed. He changed 30 years ago. He wasnt able to remove his tattoo because of removal cost. He got locked up 2 years and 3 months ago because you guys asume he is still living that life. You and your agenda thinks he doenst deserve to be free. Nayib you are not right. Use good judgement. Learn to accept that there are people that do change. They become employees, husbands and fathers and become a better person. I believe in second chances the democracy here in the USA does give people that want to change a second chance depending on their crime. I have seen the good things you have done in El Salvador for example giving brand new homes to salvadorians that lost their homes in that storm that hit El Salvador 4 years ago. I believe in the safety and peace of El Salvador. What i dont agree with is that you are arresting people that have changed just because they have a tattoo of their past. I hope you can make it right with my family and let my brother go. He is cristian, he is a good man that was hoping to find a wife one day and start a family.
