Thanks for sharing Lacey ❤ I’m hoping this down phase will lift with Spring coming 🌸🌺🌼 can’t wait to plant some more veggie seeds and see things grow 😊
I think it would help if I planted some seed, got my hands in the dirt. I just feel like doing absolutely nothing most days. Ugh. 🙄 Excited to see your seeds grow! 🥰🥰
Great empties, and your waxogic makes so much sense. As you were talking, I thought that made total sense. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully, the winter blues will leave everyone soon!
Sometimes, when I'm editing it just sounds like I'm rambling and I think no one is going to know what I'm talking about! 😅 Thanks, I'm definitely tired of feeling so down all the time! 💕
No, you don't ramble! I love your videos . I say, um, all the time and feel like I sound like an idiot . I like how you describe your scents. Girl, don't let this get you down ! Making videos is fun. I don't edit. I'm not that good yet 😂 I really enjoy your videos, and I'm glad I found your channel ❤ enjoy you weekend.
You are definitely right about overloading the dish! Have you tried the Yankee candle scenterpeice warmers? They have a domed base and the cups that sit inside them are also rounded, so it heats from multiple angles! I'm telling you girl, I've tested my teddy bees every which way and around and that warmer is without a doubt the best performer for Tiff's wax! It's my absolute favorite! 🥳 Also- I'm loving that purple on you!! So pretty!! 😊
You're so sweet! 🥰 I totally need to try a Scenterpiece warmer - I've always looked at them at Kohl's, I'm not sure if they still carry them, but I'll have to check! Thanks for the recommendation! 💕
You're absolutely correct in your "less is more" theory! More than just enough wax to cover the dish will definitely drown out the throw. 0.5oz or slightly less is usually the perfect amount for most warmers.
I don’t put a lot of wax in my warmers either. One to one and a half cubes for Scentsy and one cube for other vendors like the bathing garden. I think I usually get between 12-14 pieces from a soufflé. However, having said that. I haven’t been ordering as heavily with Teddy bees because her wax hasn’t been doing that great for me lately. It used to be sooo strong but I think she changed her formula or something and lately I haven’t been getting great performance. 😭😭
I've been having the same experience with Teddy B's wax recently. Throws well for about an hour and then kinda fades away to not much. This past preorder was the smallest order I've placed.
Same. I didn’t participate in the last TB preorder at all. And I’ve tried using less is more, and then a little lesser than that , then I tried a little more than lesser, etc. I think the formula has been tweaked too- wax, oils, 🤷🏻♀️ it’s something
I think you're right about less is more with the exception of candle crocks that do heat on the side as well as the bottom. That's why candles perform so well in them and you can also put in more wax. I agree with the size of Teddy bees that you're using with the exception of the Crocs which my Teddy Bee's performs best in. I put in a little more than that. Great🎉
You make perfect sense…. But I have tested their 4 cube optimal scent throw theory and indeed I do get better performance… But I only do that in mt bedroom with two element warmers.. downstairs with 12 + warmers that would be insane…. I think it depends on room size and number of warmers. Here’s my thought… I use the same number of cubes in a room, the number of warmers is what determines how many cubes in each warmers 😊
Ah, that makes sense! I usually do 4 cubes in my bedroom, between the Polar Panorama and Accord warmers, but then I just do one cube in each bathroom and 1 cube in each of the kids bedrooms to finish up a Scentsy bar. It's so interesting to see how wax works differently in everyone's homes. 🥰
Back when I first ordered from Teddy Bees (I think 2021), I didn’t get great performance no matter how much or little I put in each warmer. Cure time is what worked me. With my recent orders, I’m finding it’s doing better right away! Which is the opposite of what some others are saying. So strange! I still do about a half an ounce or less per warmer, but I don’t make it super tiny. I loooooove Circus Bread from TBG. I agree that it’s a little reminiscent of zucchini bread.
So interesting how it performs so differently for everyone! Sounds like about half an ounce is the magic number for most people. Thanks for stopping by, Jenny! 🥰
You’re so lucky with teddys a scentsy cube size works…. I had to use double that and then it works great or go in smaller room…. But I’m only using scentsy warmers, hotter warmers…and I have to cure at least 8 months 🤷🏻♀️ my house anyhow ❤😊
Ah, okay, yea, I only use Scentsy warmers and one tealight warmer. I think for me, I probably get decent performance with most wax because the rooms in my house are very square and closed off from the other rooms. Thanks for stopping by, Melissa! 💕💕
I use between .5 and .75 depending on the scent. I mainly melt in my front living areas and it’s open concept with high ceilings, and sometimes scent can get lost in there. I’ll try less and then I’ll try more to kind of get the perfect amount but that typically works for me. I think that amount of wax a person uses depends on how many warmers are in their home, the layout, the scent they are melting, and the airflow. Teddy Bees I sometimes struggle with though.
Yes, totally depends on all those factors! I try to remember to mention the layout of my house when I'm reviewing wax, because if definitely makes a difference. So many people seem to struggle with Teddy Bee's, I feel lucky because I rarely do. 😅
@@morrisonbleu Same. Most of my teddy’s work well in my home..some duds, but that’s to be expected. Sometimes the scents I don’t like when melting are the strongest performers unfortunately 😂

Great empties and yes I agree with less is more. Same one scentsy cube per warmer rarely more then one.

@@spinstercatlady same! I think I only ordered like 5 or 6 soufflés. 😕

Yes, I can totally see using more in a crock. I've only tried candles in my crock, I need to try some vendor wax in there. 😊
@@morrisonbleu yes you really do try something that's known to be kind of on the light side and you'll be surprised!

HR is going to do a smaller RTS of snap bars not sure what scents are yet. I do know king of hearts but thats only one.
I'll have to hop on FB and check the group more often, I'm so out of the loop!
