I'm happy that Chan finally gets his time to shine as a Main Vocal in UNB because I feel like (and he has kind of implied it before as well) that even though he's a Main Vocal in A.C.E as well, he feels like he isn't on the same level as the other Main Vocal, Donghun. It seems like being UNB's Main Vocal really gave him back that Main Vocal pride and also his confidence in singing. He used to sing so softly, as if shying away from the towering presence of Donghun's explosive vocal skills (not to mention A.C.E's Jun who went with him to The Unit is a superb vocal who hits all the high notes in the right places as well even though he's not a Main Vocal). It warms my heart that he now sings louder with more confidence, knowing that finally he's someone that the team looks up to and thinks of first in terms of vocals

In Imitation, also a 2021 idol drama, his main lead role was also the center, vocal and rapper of Shax. ❤ I hope to hear him sing more.
