It is, I played it as soon as I realized we had triple. One of the downsides is if the player has Serai Island and has a AOE deck.

I actually played against triple abyss today using a Navia-Chiori-HydroHerald deck. Honestly they could be good together but the thing is, all of them are 6 HP, so if you're playing aggressively, at least one of the lectors will lose a revive going into R2. Plus, if the deck doesn't really rely on energy (most damage in skills) or has artifacts decreasing the cost of skills, they don't really do anything. Also Seirai Island is a hard counter to the lectors.
Oh by the way, you can give them a taste of their own medicine by bringing Hydro Herald and giving them the dice debuff. Enjou's burst normally costs 4 dice so it will now cost 5 😊
