nothing works without administrator. Can't do anything in device manager without administrator rights. can't do anything in group policy without administrator rights.

How to do this if my keyboard is disabled and my mouse is not functioning too
My internal (laptop) keyboard and touchpad is off. I use external but today it was also blocked. It is continuously showing external keyboard and mouse are blocked by system administrator.
Now both my internal and external are off. I can't run my pc. Please suggest me what can I do now?

How you fix it?
thanks but it doesn't help that when a USB-232 cable is used and an app used a port but not quit. e.g, an user used MobaXterm s/w to control serial port then another one uses Putty. We can kill MobaXterm but that USB port still can not be used by putty, because USB driver is tighten to MobaXterm and becomes a dead instance. We need some method to kill that USB related process.
Dude I used HidHide to block the duplication of my generic control and now it has blocked all the usb inputs of my pc what do I do? Can you help me?
