Some great stuff, especially that Godzilla that was in the middle on that one shelf!! Plus I spied the first ever Godzilla toy I ever bought in there!! Still have it too. Thanks for the video buddy!!! 😘👍
Awesome Gazz! Your always on my mind in the Godzilla section 🙌 😘👍
always cool to see what's running around the stores in your neck of the world
Cheers for coming and checking it out Payne’s ❤
Top Shelf! It is Ultra.....Man!
Thank you sir! 💥 Always appreciate you watching
Great video as always!
Cheers for coming mate 🍻
Fun hunt! Glad to see some Megazords. Speaking of TMNT, I've never seen the 2000s stuff in the Japanese packaging before. Very cool!
Cheers Ken 🍻Yeah I may need to make a u-turn to pick up that Casey Jones 😅
Always love joining you in your travels Phil, thanks for bringing us along mate. Cool to see the Japanese version of the 2003 Casey Jones!
Thanks Scott! it’s a joy to share the experience with you mate 🍻🐢 Casey Jones is one of my favourite playmates figs so I was super tempted 😆
Awesom stuff! Even with all the kaiju and robots, I probably would have purchased that Casey Jones on the Japanese card, that looked great!
Yeah Casey was definitely one of the standouts there for me, very tempted. I wonder if he’ll still be there if I go back tomorrow😅 Thanks for checking it out Gojitron 🍻
G'Day Phil, Its always interesting to see what's available in store in different parts of the world. Thanks for sharing. Cheers.
Thanks mate! Yep lots of interesting stuff to keep me keen on the toy scene here 😁
Thank you Phil great video lots of cool stuff in there. Hope you enjoyed your beer well deserved mate 👍🏼
Thanks Kenny!🍻 Yep the beer in the end certainly tasted sweeter with a couple of figs in my bag. Cheers mate
Excellent video mate. Really enjoy this style of content with the journey to the destination included. Love seeing bits of Tokyo. One day I'll be flying over there. 🇯🇵😎👍
Awesome that’s great to hear Chris 🤩Japan and I would welcome you with open arms. Thanks for coming along for the trip mate 👍
Awesome stuff. Always cool to see.
Thanks for checking it out Gnarly🐺 😊 🍻

Kia Ora T4T! I'm subscriber 700! Cheeehooo! What an awesome channel! A Kiwi toy hunter living in Japan! Mean brother!
Kia Ora bro, thanks for checking me out and the vid 😁Always great meeting another Kiwi toy collector, looking forward to checking out your channel too 🙌🙌
I do miss Toyko and its plethora of vintage toy shops... so many goodies and who wouldnt want so japanese packaging in their fav toy line collection.
Cheers Brendan!🍻 Yep that’s what I’m all about, my favourite toy lines with a Japanese twist on them
Bloody good stuff as always, Philsy. Almost felt like I was back there when you were walking down the streets. The other thing that grabbed my eye was that part tank, part T-Rex/Godzilla lol. That's such a perfect example of the unique things you can find over there.
Thanks mate, yeah hopefully it brought back a few memories for you. Haha yeah some of those Gaiju figures are pretty wild, thanks for checking it out 😎 👍
Shoot! That 2003 Casey Jones is tempting me!! Wish I able to go Tokyo, Japan someday....
Thanks for checking out the vid mate, oh yeah you’ll have to make it over here one day 👍 oh man everyone is telling me I should’ve picked up the Casey Jones, think I’ll have to go back 😆
Nice video some affordable figures out there in hobby off. Since my trip in Japan I’m so obsessed collect these anime figures but I just want to control my budget as well. Loose figures are awesome! 😊
Hey thanks for checking out my video and channel 😁 Oh that’s awesome you’ve been to Japan! 🇯🇵🙌🙌 Yeah lots of great figures to look at 👍
@@treasuresfortrigger915 This is my next serious hobby besides sports and video gaming and I want to manage it financially not to over buy just hunting the best haha.
Been to Japan last April blossoms good one although I didn’t hunt any anime figures there but now I’m obsessed as a novice collector and doing some online hunting even rare loose figures so if I ever get back I need to buy probably at least a dozen affordable figures somewhere there in Tokyo. Cheers!
Good stuff man! Thanks for checking out the video and comments. Oh yeah Japan is a great place to pick up some figures to start the collection. Glad to hear you enjoyed your trip 🤩🙌
@@treasuresfortrigger915 Yes love the trip in Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Shibuya, Asakusa , Ueno and my ultimate childhood dream visit to Akihabara. That motivates me to run back and save money for these anime hunt. Hobby Off visit is a must next time!
That looks like a nice area and doesn't seem to be too crowded with tourists. I'll have to check it out on my next visit.
Thanks for checking it out Bob🍻Yeah Tokyo has so many areas, you’d never run out of interesting places to look at 👍
@treasuresfortrigger915 I have no doubt I could easily spend years exploring Tokyo and still probably miss stuff. Next trip will probably be more off the path exploring in areas like this video and less touristy stuff (although I do want to see the new teamLab Borderless and if the leaves are fully turning, i do want to see Mt. Takao).
I went there and it was expensive so I bought my stuff at another hobby off there was a rear zoid kit that i wanted but it was 44000 yen something like that.
Yeah it’s not the cheapest, lots of fun stuff to look at. Spoiler alert I only walked out with a couple of cheap things from the bargain bin out front 😆
Those loose 110 yen figures are still good value! Kamen riders 😊
Thanks for watching, yeah ¥110 - great prices! 😁👍
After you hobby off you can just Book Off! ❤
😆Alright Guv'nor 🫡📚💨
OMG that those Mickey and Daisy big figs are worth A LOT more than the HobbyOff price! The MM $350-500+ and I’m guessing the DD one probably worth even more cause I don’t see any with that pose even up for sale or sold! 😲😲😲😲
Aloha, Thanks for checking out the video 😁 Yeah when I was Mickey and Daisy in shop I thought almost they had heritage significance. They look like they belong in a museum. A nice surprise to see 🤩
@@treasuresfortrigger915 I have yet to truly check out a Hobby Off (we have Bookoff here on Oahu) in Japan. I think I walked into a BO once in Tokyo but it was too crowded so I didn’t stay long and I didn’t see anything other than books/music/movies. If I saw those big figs (I own a few Warner Bros big figs, Disney is much rarer) I probably would’ve paid for a third luggage and brought them home with me. 😂 Subscribed!
@@alohagoodies Thank you! 🤙Hope to see you back in Japan one day
@@treasuresfortrigger915 hehehe one day I hope! I’m totally hitting you up to go toy hunting!
hey trig. I am here to tell you if you can voice one of the characters that I made. Please? I am not begging.
Sure mate. Feel free to drop me a message on my Instagram
@@treasuresfortrigger915Oh but I don’t have ig
