Pestilence is often seen in other media. Strife as well. I suspect the reason may be that War and Conquest are so close to being the same concept that it's aesthetically unpleasing if you are trying to make media that want the imagery of the four horsemen.

Fourth is Death and pestilence is mentioned in his passage (along with sword and famine). Honestly it's probably a really interesting topic to study because I suspect a lot of interpretations work depending on which version of the text you decide to look at.

I have seen Hans make a move in 0.5 seconds that took Firouzja 5 seconds to calculate all the way. He is definitely the best at calculating in the game.

@@DMSBrian24 that's speculative, specially since Hans is higher rated than Naro. He found several amazing tactics in this game. However, that exchange sac was way too obvious at that level - in fact most people around 1500 would be able to find it in bullet. At the end of the day, better GMs have missed easier tactics, so nothing against Hans. It's just that such a beautiful game deserved a better finish.
I'd say ...Nf4 and especially ...Rxe3 weren't that hard to find, but ok, it's a blitz game. In the rook ending black should have put his rook behind his a-pawn and it would be a miracle if white could hold than endgame. White's plan to trade the dark-squared bishops was wrong I think. Black's bishop was active, but it couldn't defend. White was essentially a piece up on the kingside. Trading queens with Nh5 to remove black's black-square blockade seemed the way forward. White expands on the kingside and black can only wait. The game got way too messy for white.
