Or someone outside of arena should attack him once for bring him to his senses

2400 range, 14%maxhp damage! (With 4 charges, totalling 56%hp over 20s, which would supply a 5th charge, 70%hp) I'm thinking that's a lot of damage for a support vs a tanky team. And think of the stacking potential!
Remember that he still has no facets and aghanim. Maybe the facets can change 2nd skill to be used offensively or defensively. While aghanim can change the ult to something similar with the trailer
This hero is the ultimate treant counter in lane, max health daggers (beats treants high hp), can scout the tree line with q and e, if treant uses his slows he can just escape act out of it (full slow resistance and alot of magic resist), since treant is melee with no stuns he can channel a full whip if he tries to trade.

About the hero, I think they put a ton of skills, which is fine for me and really remembers what a ringmaster should do, but fine arts doesnt look to fit in his arsenal. Anyway, I think they will nerf this hero after a couple of weeks but meanwhile we should enjoy this skillful hero!

Because his kit has nothing new, its just kotl with dark willow mixed in. Feels like a league champion which means they should be making them faster lol.
Because it took so long time. Its a ok hero but when it takes like 1.5 year for it to come out it should be something more special. The time they used would have felt more appropriate if it was 3 heroes coming out at the same time.

Spotlight is the most unique as a pseudo Rocket Flare that chunks illusions and blinds, wish it had a massive path along with long duration. Seems like a support who can do a lot of damage without items if you can set it up. His E theoretically does 125% of a hero's max HP over 26 seconds. Good luck ever pulling it off.

He is supposed to be a support yet all of his talent is necessary to make him work so idk , like even his poke is not point and click and much a skill shoot, and that's his main poking ability, his Q is a fear that need to be channel in order to be better peel but it became telegraph and harder to use, so he need the LV 10, 15 and 20 to make it somewhat decent, but you trade what make your W and E that actually make it worth to use as support tool. For me it's so glaring that the hero gets scrap at some point and then they rush to make this one, i just not big fan of the kit overall so underwhelming.
Here is my balance changes -> Q - make it point click single target, then make it aoe a talent in later levels W - Increase the cooldown by like 20 sec on all levels D (the one between e and r, whatever you have it on) - cool Idea at least I think so, what if when he cast the ability a small ticket stand appeared on the ground, then you would physically need to go up and interact with it to get the random buff ( maybe like a 2 sec channel, kinda like getting a lotus ), but on the downside since its actually a physical ticket stand an enemy can auto it like a undying tomb stone (but weaker) and destroy it not allowing you to get the buff
This is a big swing and miss for hero design, underwhelming is putting it mildly. Agree with the consensus that they couldn't figure out the mind control part and instead shat out this amalgam of existing hero abilities that are vaguely circus themed. Worst new hero that Valve has ever made.

if you have a custom grid u will need to add him manually. u can also type out his name which should probably make him appear

CK's strong illusions are still unmatched. I tried that in a demo and CK's shadow clones didn't receive any dmg from the spotlight.
