I think marisa is a 6-4 mu, in favor of ryu. I used to struggle against her a lot, but once i got used to her charge punch it quickly became almost a breeze. The only problem is her OD shield move. I struggle against blanka so i personally wouldn't put him as a faborable mu, but maybe its just because i dont play against him too much to learn about him. Similar to what you said about Luke. I believe zangief is 5-5 Chun-Li is 4.5-5.5 Lily is 4.5-5.5
