I've been selected as ibps clerk in PNB from kolkata under OBC category. DV has been done.. but unfortunately the thing that they're asking for is the obc certificate for the year 2023-24 session ie, the year of the exam. Now I've made the NCL for the year 2024 25, ie, after the results. Though they've accepted that.. but still they're asking for the one of last year, which I don't have. They've made me write a declaration about the submission of the obc certificate for 2023 24 during the joining. Now I've been to caste certificate ofc, they're saying that backdated certificate is not possible. Now guide me sir... what to do? Plzzzz
Don't come in sbi if you want transfer in your state. Here officers are also not getting transfer so be clear about it.
I have qualified federal Bank clerk in my home state and ibps clerk UCO in another state could you tell me which one would be better for me in long run.
Fedral :- private bank.
UCO:- govt. Bank.
