    I traveled to Poland and got a sharp pain in my stomach as usual I thought it was acidity or something,One day I woke up and felt a 11/10 sharp pain in my upper abdomen area . I had to call an ambulance and was immediately put in Intensive care.A few days in hospital I still use the tube to eat and blood test are done on a daily basis but the inflammation has gone down I'm still waiting to be discharged but I can urge people to watch their eating habits and alcohol and smoking consumption.Im only 22 at the time.

      Definitely this is no joke. Last night I went to emergency room and was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. They said to go on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours. It has been a day now and I'm eating bland foods like banana and oatmeal. I just hope this goes away soon. I'm praying for you as well!

After that both my gallbladder(which had hurt for 4 years and was full of sludge) and my pancreas (that had hurt for 1 1/2 years) were Healed and haven't hurt since...1 year ago. And I do Not Drink.

    The worst pain I ever went through. It felt like I was stabbed through the stomach. I initially thought it was food poisoning but I couldn't vomit. I was in the hospital for 6 days (5 of them I couldn't do anything at all). It was after i over-ate during the super bowl and ate so many greasy and fatty foods. For context, I'm actually a relatively healthy eater and am 20 years old. Bottom-line, it can happen to anyone.

      The same thing happened to me at the same age. When I was pregnant I had a lot of gallstone attacks (gallstones run in my family and I didn't know I had it). For years doctors didn't know how to take care of me, they just gave me narcotics. They gave some much narcotics I'm surprised I'm alive. I waited too long to seek the right help. Go to Cleveland Clinic for help. From experience don't wait until ur pancreas gets worse. I have two children and it was hard on them, don't let your disease take over ur life.

      Lots of women get gallstones through pregnancy. Excess estrogen is one of the things that can cause gallstones. I found this information from one of dr bergs videos. He has lots about gallbladder and gallstones and few about pancreas and how they are connected, how to dissolve stones etc.

    It can also be caused by over eating (damn those all you can eat buffets!!) but 4 days of clear liquid diet, then after scrambled eggs and another round of pains, three more days of clear liquids, good as new. For me anyway. 4 years later, round 2, but I'm a bit more experienced this time round. Only on day two, so we'll see

      @@filrng126 Sorry sorry sorry, I never saw this reply. I started with Sprite, then after talking with a friend (who is also a pharmacist) I figured out that I could add small amounts of oth liquids to water just to give them a little flavor. Coke, cranberry juice, etc. Luckily Bud Light is nearly a clear liquid already, but I still went about 50/50 with water. In a pinch, as far as just needing to satisfy the need for a taste of food in my mouth, I would chew up a mouthful of Cheez It's and the like, and then spit them out and rinse my mouth out. Sounds a little gross, but it really does help ease the cravings.

    I had very severe pain in my back and stomach. My lungs were not working properly and my kidneys were also failed. By god's mercy I recovered in 20 days being in ICU . At this time I was not knowing this can happen to me again. But when I was 20 year's old . That is 1 year after I had 2nd attack of pancreatitis. Same pain. Just like someone squeezing your pancreas . I was hospitalized for 15 days this time. recovered.
    From my side there wasn't any mistake . Still it happened. May be my past life Karma were too bad.
    Please tell me how can this will not happen to me again.
    Any suggestions and warnings.
    I am on almost zero fat diet with 6 small meals a day.
    Please tell some more suggestions.
    Worst thing:
    My brother also has same problem he is younger than me .
    He had pancreatic attack when he was 17.
    At his time it took 2 days for diagnosis. But because of him I understood at my time within seconds that next few days I am going to hell.

    i did not drink any alcohol when they told me that i have Diabetes a few years ago,so what really cause a person to become a Diabetic? because i'm really confuse with all the various information that is out there.

    • @KKing55
      @KKing55 4 года назад

      I don't think they really know all that much about diabetes. I have been told by Dr's that its because I eat to much. And because of a High starch diet. Yet a Dietitian told me I'm not eating enough and that I need to eat more carbs for energy. Mastering Diabete's Dr.s say it's from to much oil and fat in your cells and blood. Which has helped me a lot. If I don't eat carbs, I have no energy. When I lower my oil/fat, my sugar levels drop. But highly processed foods, like ground up, over cooked foods make it worse. So eat Whole foods, whole grain bread, no crackers, cookies, pasta, noodles. stay away from oil/fats. I've had Dr's tell me "food does Not matter" . If diabetes is caused by to much insulin, why do they give me insulin?

    • @hectorquinonez7382
      @hectorquinonez7382 3 года назад

      It's a bit complex but it comes down to having poor eating and life style habits. Too much sugars and carbs and unhealthy fats. Eating too much of all that crap all day. Than stress. Not enough sleep and lack of exercise will keep your levels of sugar up. Piece of advise. Give a break to your body to heal. Check the videos Dr fung.
