Well internal struggle never ceases nor should you want it to cease. The only reason we judge ourselves is because we know we should be doing otherwise. You should be grateful that you actually have a part of yourself that is looking out for you. You will never be satisfied if you make your goal more than a mere step, it is easy to be overwhelmed when starring at an endless staircase. I do have a philosophy that will help your mental clarity if that is what you seek. Eat from nature, and not from man. Cooked foods cause mental and physical illness. Most philosophers had a clean, predominantly raw plant based diet. I wonder why 🤔???
You don't. Judgment is good. It's your mind keeping you tethered to reality. You only need to cut it off when the judgment turns into unproductive self-hate (or toxic hate for the other). Your inner judge can be your friend, if you let it.
