- Plegamatic Bale Packer, Mixto Model is pulled behind the baler. This video was filmed in Sweden in October 2012. Packs were made of 10 small bales ready for being wrapped. Conditions were hard because hay was very wet.
Part of the joy of watching a machinery video is listening to the sound of the machine. That was lost in this video.
Sehr gut!
I'm curious on why the bale are wrapped? Is it silage?
Never seen drenched hay bailed before. Wont that rot immediately?
Thats why its wrapped.
krone had that bale pack a? which knotted a big bale into small segments but not sure if they were easy to handle once opened
Never seen one of these! Interesting! I can see if if your making horse hay as they want small square bales.
A new version of ye olde McConnel Balepacker!
Hay is dried grass. This looks wet to me. Its silage not hay.
I believe they call it "hay-silage".
Non cured hay that gets wrapped and heats up.
weet iemand of er een importeur is in nederland
Very nice looking machine, what would be the price of this machine?
60K euro
@@tihomirrasperic would be a lot cheaper to simply have an old fashioned bale sledge towed behind the baler
Matchine very good
Just start with a bigger square baler!
George Dyer a small bale gets more money for the same weight
Yeah, no good if your market can't handle big bales.
@@alexveldhuis6004 here i live the farmers have very small warehouses and cant work with big bales some times its different situations
@@propper7753 So you agree and proved my point.
@@alexveldhuis6004 yes
Good luck with your barn when that hay self combusts through the heat caused by wet hay
Why buy this expensive machine to make big bails out of little ones when you could spend the same money and just make big bales?
+B Laquisha These can be broken apart and moved by hand whereas you would need a large tractor to move a large bale.
small square bales are much easyer to handle cause they can be moved by hand instead of a loader. they are aslo easyer for feeding cause you can take one and spread it out. very handy for feeding horses or beeding
For the "Horsey" people. Someone with one or two horses in a stable say can't handle big bales
Yeah, with the small bales, you can sit on your ass and send the kid out to feed with a wheelborrow.
