Same here, I was pretty cringe about it too. Kinned Ene before I knew there was a word "kinning". Kagerou Days(song) was my wakeup alarm, Headphone Actor was my "go to school" alarm. Have a lot of the early merch (mostly of Konoha). My username/pfp is still a reference, despite falling out of the Fandom after the initial anime release ended(the story deserved better animation).
I only "rediscovered" the music yesterday, and have been on such a long nostalgia trip.
Why is this so confusing... the more i research the Kagerou Project I just get more confused on its lore. The songs are good yes, but someone should make a "Intro to Kagerou Project for dummies" video or wiki or something

Make sure you have annotations turned on. They work in every browser for me and on multiple computers.
Those of you that can't see the subs, even with annotations on: when I tried watching the video on Internet explorer, I couldn't see them, but when I tried on Mozilla, they worked. So maybe that's the problem?
Uh... you do realize those songs are all made by the same composer, right? All those songs are by Jin as part of the Kagerou Project. They sound similar because he meant to tie those stories with each other...
And then it all begins!!! I love this series!

yes i did, like i said before i could see them a few days ago but not anymore ik how low they were and i could see them i cant anymore.
I do have it on, it's just that the play bar is covering the subtitles.
There are no subs after 0:40. Yes, I put it on full screen. Yes, the annotes are on. The subs just stop after the first line.
Wow I'm new to this kagerou but this is cool I started off with the manga and I'm now gonna listen to the songs and after read the light novel then watch the anime is that a good order?

I see the first subs, but they are so low they are on the little play bar thing. Then I can't see them at all. I tried making it fullscreen, but it didn't help. It should be really easy to simply move them up. I'm sure that annotations are turned on.

i can't really see the annotations. they show up at the very bottom but are blocked by the video's play bar and, for some reason i only see them show up at 0:33 to 0:41 and never come back
I can't see the subtitles at all...but I don't whether or not I have annotations on...on the bright side, great song. :)
Yeah, only the first Sub Annotation shows up, then they stop working even if I rewind the video that one annotation is non-existent

Have you tried watching the video in full screen? I just did on Internet explorer, and they are on the bottom of the screen. Like, as bottom as it gets. I guess that luck4u2bluestar was right about moving the subs higher. It seems that they are way too low, and some people can't see them because of that.

Both songs are made by the same person and are meant to be intersected, so it's not really a rip-off.

this is about a girl who likes a guy but the guy doesn't like her and is just a "toy" to him so the whole song is about her wanting him to look at her not at anyone else. He likes reality but she doesn't like it because she would see the guy doesn't like/respect her and she would rather imagine him as a good person
The annotations are disappearing into the bottom of the video. When I'm on full screen, I see nothing until I wiggle my mouse near the bottom. Then I see the (x).

This is so much better than that crappy 'Headphone Actor' ripoff, Konoha's State of the World... glad they learnt their lesson and came up with something original.
