hello, it says that only 3rd and 4th year are eligible to apply. But my undergraduate major lasts just 3 years and now I'm in the 2nd year(2nd semester). Am I not eligible to apply for this program?

I think the results were sent out only the mathematical science department are remaining
So apart from mathematical sciences students, any one got selected?
