The best ending is a bit... odd and makes no sense. Why does she turn into a demon in Glas' ending, but the best ending has her going down to Hell? Seems so... well, just odd. Also there are supposedly two other endings for both Glas and Hana achieved only by dying. I doubt they're that interesting, but it's worth mentioning.
Because she is a demon. She was created by the Hell King to be an immortal demonic weapon so he could use her to make hell on Earth because hell is over crowded according to him. In prior scenes Glas slits her throat but she revives. Only way to prevent her from doing that for sure is to send her back to hell. That is why Hell King is laughing when Glas takes her effigy with him back to Earth.
