Happiness cannot be defined, it's what occurs when all desires and attachments are dropped. It is complete freedom from societal expectations. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and "The Four Agreements" have helped me see this. As did the Tao Te Ching. i recommend those books
