    Would you recommend learning stalls or flyouts first?

    • @ChaseRost
      @ChaseRost  Год назад

      flyouts are nice just because they don't require much balance or involve hopping back into the ramp. i would recommend flyout first. then once are able to learn how to adjust your speed and feel comfy on a ramp. then i would start attacking those stalls.

    I can’t wear skate shoes cause I have flat feet and they hurt when I don’t have arch support shoes

    • @ChaseRost
      @ChaseRost  2 месяца назад

      for sure skate shoes definitely do not feel great with flat feet. There are a few skate shoes that have arches built in. but honestly your best bet is to get some insoles and just put them in each pair of riding shoe. thats what i do and it does the trick.

    Are dc shoes good?

    • @ChaseRost
      @ChaseRost  3 месяца назад

      i personally am not a fan of Dc Shoes. They had a big smear campaign against scooters a few years back, and i lost all respect for them after that. But with that aside, they have a few models that seem to be decently solid for riding in, but there are definitely better options that perform a lot better while riding in.

    Learn to pump the ramp, bend your knees not to much, if you bail run the the ramp simple I would recommend learning on a medium ish sized bank or rollin.
