wow, excellent work on the forks,. i was working with mine and was having a hard time how to ovalized and taper the rear leg tubes, after seeing the whole 8min vid, looks like round rear leg tube looks good even not tapered and ovaled.
I agree Billy Beane, not one I would like to try out. The welds might hold but after all that file work just how much weld is left .... very thin little ones.
Why did you chose a slightly lower instead of slightly higher for your axle placement in relationship to the pivot points on your rockers? Nice work mad skills, great music to build by.
Yeah i was looking at those thinking after the grind off there was not going to be much there and unless he re-welded each time he ground them down maybe ok but these are way sketchy and could kill you. Tig would have been better here much more control and penetration.

Nice job but a hell of s lot of work, not even including all the machines!! I buy chrome springer from Paughco who have been building them since the early ‘70s. The security and quality are well worth $1200 !!!!! No hate, just saying..............,.,.

the welds are dangerous on this thing. poor penetration and way too cold.
