what is a cheaper process a lawyer, agency or can you do this yourselft and present all the necessary documents. If you go for the 3 year visit in Spain is that any different than doing at your local consulate?
Doing it direct in Spain avoids the consulate fee so that’s a saving. You can do it yourself if you’re brave and can understand enough Spanish. Personally I’d employ a specialist who’s done it before. I can recommend a couple if you want. First thing to do in advance is get a broker account if you’re in a non Euro currency country. Yes that’s one way to do it. There are a few ways to invest to get the Golden Visa. You’d need to be careful about wealth tax if I remember rightly, it depends which region you were based. Andalucia have abolished it.
Yes there are certainly rumours. Whether anything comes of it and how soon is anyone’s guess. I would do it this year if I was planning on getting the visa, just in case.
in the video you said there's a link below to the government website for the golden visa ,,, It's not there
Thanks for letting me know, I’ve added it to the description again. Here it is for you: www.inclusion.gob.es/web/unidadgrandesempresas
Good stuff. Apparently there is aprocess whereby you can change your marriage to community of property - “Gananciales matrimonio”?
Interesting! Can that be done in Spain if you were married in the UK for example? Can a Spanish law be applied to a foreign marriage?
