I don't have "Presets" or "fixture groups" on the left bar, when i click "fixture center" it has a thing for groups but when i click that the fixture selection disappears
this is a good video but something is up with the audio. maybe turn the gain down on your microphone or step back from it when you speak. the sound is popping and breaking up the whole time, which is distracting
The sound quality is too bad and has a lot of amplitude distortions (and some level floating) so I can't watch it till the end and stop it after about 5 minutes cause of my ears and head ache. Will try to find out another tutor or better use the manual.
This is terrible. In the beginning he said it's for people with limited or no experience. The examples are far to confusing, not to mention you're clicking things so fast it's impossible to follow what you're doing. I'm trying to follow where and what you're clicking and by the time I find your mouse you've moved on and clicking something else. Rather than starting with three truss with all the lights you should start with a couple lights and build on that. I have been working with LJ for years and even I couldn't follow this. I made it to about the 11 minute mark and couldn't watch anymore as I'm that confused. If you're going to start a video off by saying it's for people with little to no experience then treat it as such. After seeing this I have no interest in upgrading.
+Don Rogers For anyone with this complaint coming in after me, you can slow or speed up any youtube video using the gear icon in the bottom right hand corner of the video window and selecting your speed.
Yeah, they need to change the description and intro. This video is really for someone who has lighting desk experience but has no experience with the MPC.
So I made a fixture profile in my Library! wooot. As to Groups, channels, shows etc are all a bit overwhelming.
I have completed the exercise! But where are the other training videos?
Nice

Can't keep up huh? I've never used this either but it's pretty straightforward. You can play RUclips videos at half speed if that helps you :p
ever heard of the Pause function?
