Pls nxt videos can you discuss more example size in terms of the width X heigh of cable tray or trunking to got the distance between cutting in 4 quarter bend (4 cuts) and 2 cuts. Example width is 200 cm x 80 cm. H
Thanks you for your reply and I suggest that better to the nxt videos will demonstrate in actual cable tray or trunking. And may discuss more in different sizes interns oh height and width of the Cable tray. Thank you and God bless!
With regards to your concern sir,i highly appreciate but the only thing that hindering us to do that my time schedule i handling a project and not that easy to demonstrate as you know that we need the physical tray to do it,but for sure if i have time and availability of materials i myself will prove every calculation will be accurate in actual demonstration.God bless
My friend I cannot explained it well here, but I will simplify. Imagine a circle which is 360 degrees in order to get the 90 degree you devide it by 4.Therefore you need your answer to arrived with four quarters that can only be done if you devide it by 2.5
Cutting them kind of angles 7cm apart may be easy on paper but tray is a different story. Obviously not a practical solution stick to offsets 👌 its only holding cable at the end of the day 🤣

Its depends on your cable tray support it will decide what radius we need to do is it long or short
ilan yong redius sa 4vcut master.
😁
Sir paano nakuha yung 7 cm na distance ng bend
Sis paanu Naman ung 90 degree 3 cut salamat good bless
Pag tatlong cut its either pwdeng dalawang 22.5 degrees at isang 45 degrees para mameet mo yung 90 degrees
San nakukuha sir ung formula
Thanks bro
Dito q ntutu magbend Ng cable tray..
God bless
How abouth yung mga 50 cm or 60 cm sir how to get the formula
You can apply the same formula sir, panoorino Yung iba ko pang videos about cable tray
how to you find between gap 7 cm ?
That is depends on you sir if you want to make a long or short radius
Thanks sir ok now I know
What is the formula if i use 300mm cable tray
30cm ÷ 2.5cm sir
Sir how make a 'T' joint
i will make a video later pare for Tee joint pls subscribe
May tanong ako Master pano nakuha yung 2.5 saan galing un?
Yung 2.5 ay constant value sir, ibig sabihin kahit anung size ng cable tray kailangan idivide sa 2.5
Wer did you get the formula 2.5
My friend I cannot explained it well here, but I will simplify. Imagine a circle which is 360 degrees in order to get the 90 degree you devide it by 4.Therefore you need your answer to arrived with four quarters that can only be done if you devide it by 2.5
Asan mo kinuha ang formula na 7
Illustration lang po yung 7
If I change 7cm distance bent is possible or not
Yes you can change it still possible
Excuse me bro are you Filipino or what?
Sir where come from ung 7cm?
Assumption ko lang yun sir, depende sayo kung ilan yung ilalagay mo,if long or short elbow ang gagawin mo
Why should you take 7cm length
You can use any figure that you want depending on your need
Cutting them kind of angles 7cm apart may be easy on paper but tray is a different story. Obviously not a practical solution stick to offsets 👌 its only holding cable at the end of the day 🤣
That could give the beginners a guide at least, for sure it was way different on the actual cable tray.
