How to Open a PDF File in Illustrator

Learn how to open PDF files in Illustrator in this tutorial. Be careful when you open PDF files, you'll want to select specific options so that you can edit them. You'll also need to ungroup elements and release clipping masks to get to the PDF assets you need.

I only dealing with a one page pdf but when I load it into adobe I’m not getting the import pdf page. It just automatically loads adobe and I’m unable to edit anything

This works however all the tex becomes outlined running 28.4.1. If I import one page at a time then they are editable. Yes I unchecked the linked box.
