Clearly the cast has talent! I mean, it's like those classic Hollywood stars from yesteryear? They can sing, dance, and act! Really wish the show could get another lease on life. I think they could have gotten 5 or even 7 seasons worth of story from the show!
@@GeoD007 I was gonna say it would run in with the timeline, but she could still be married while working cases. In between seasons 2 & 3 her and Souza could've broken up. In season 3 Howard and Peggy should've established S.H.I.E.L.D. and it could be a lot about her being director.
And it FITS the sensibility of the era they set the show in. Heck, the music they used in the show really helped sell the vibe! Put me right back there in my grandparents' living room listening to grandpa and grandma's records.
I know they probably couldn't afford Chris Evans and that this was probably filming during Civil War... but this entire dream sequence included everyone important in Peggy's life... except Steve. And Howard, I guess lol
I heard a radio interview yesterday with Wynn Everett where she said she had to wear the period costumes and a showgirl outfit. I had to re-watch this scene to realize the three showgirls around Jarvis are Whitney Frost, Dottie and Ana Jarvis. Didn't see that the first time.
I know, right? That would have been an awesome "twist" if they showed she was pining for three suitors? Love this show! Really wish it had continued beyond two seasons!
+Stacy Graves Who knew they could sing? Amazing! Sousa reminds me of Michael Bublé. And Peggy! Oh my goodness... If she wasn't adorable enough before? This song and dance she did definitely endeared her even more! Was this an original song?
The best part of this is that the lyrics of the song were written by the same man who wrote the lyrics for "Star Spangled Man" in "CAPTAIN AMERICA: The First Avenger".
At first, I thought "Where the heck is Jack? He's not even in this at all." Then upon watching it a fifth time, I noticed one of Daniel's backup dancers is wearing his clothes, the suspenders, the hat, even his tie. buuuuuut, that's still not Jack. I mean even Rose got a cameo.
Ok my question; if Cap was really the love of her life, where the hell is he in her dream? Ok… fine so Evan's can't make it, doesn't mean Peggy can't at the very least get a "phone call" from him.
this was a clip that was released a few days before the actual episode's release in 2016, i uploaded it here for ease of download for me and my friends to gif and just never took it back down
"I'm always in your head." Dottie is so underrated.
She really is😭🤤
I know, she's amazing.
And of course that's actually Hayley singing because what can't she do?
I'm gonna miss this show. So underrated.
If Marvel revives Agent Carter as a musical on Netflix, I'll die a happy man.

Dottie's actress did the entire dance sequence, props to her!
+ravenofhope Gonna miss her. Dottie was the best character. So underrated.
thats my queen Bridget Regan i love her sm
There just aren't enough spy/comic shows that pause to include a musical number.

Then she woke up, all tided up in the back of a truck
You know the line in season 1, "I'm afraid I can't carry a tune". well, that line lies even if it's in carter's mind.
+Marvel Lover yeah she sang in Cinderella 2015 though she doesn't make a convincing blonde
Hayley can actually sing in real life, so when Peggy said that line, I was chuckling a bit.
Enver's voice is too beautiful
I like the fact the song is about whos shes gonna choose and dottie is there
And telling her she is always on her mind jajajajja
AND ANGIE
If Agent Carter hadn't been cancelled, I would've loved to see a musical episode like in Buffy. I think they could've pulled it off!

Michael Mar Holy shit, I'd never notice it
That's so cool (about the dancers with Jarvis) I only noticed Ana there
That crutch went weeeeeeeee
It sucks they couldn't get Chris Evans (captain America)
It would make sense for him to be there if this is in her head.
I know, right? That would have been an awesome "twist" if they showed she was pining for three suitors? Love this show!
Really wish it had continued beyond two seasons!
Also, *jazz hands*!
“oh peggy i’ll always be in your head” fellas.....is it gay
I want more musical numbers in this show.
+Mecha-san I have bad news for you...
I know. I know. Damn ABC.
I want more show
Lysney, Hayley, Wynn, Enver and the others do an AMAZONG JOB
he actually sang this
man, Cap is one he'll of a lucky guy. never understood the fascination with Kate Beckinsale, but Hayley Atwell is gorgeous.

When ya realized that the 3 women dancing around Jarvis, is Dottie, Whitney and Anna-
Man this was so great
One of my favourite moments ❤️❤️❤️❤️
1:12 Ship confirmed.
SpencerLee97 I ship them too
Peggy/Dottie OTP!
SpencerLee97 yesssss
Sorry to disappoint but I’m afraid that ship is out of commission
OMG YES!
Honestly...every. time. It's always stranger and stranger. I'm honestly going insane. The shows I watch...
Ok my question; if Cap was really the love of her life, where the hell is he in her dream? Ok… fine so Evan's can't make it, doesn't mean Peggy can't at the very least get a "phone call" from him.
LOL Marvel Go Musical
This was fun and unexpected!
She is an amazing singer
Try watching this scene with a straight face it’s impossible
crying
While I was watching this, in my recommend videos was pumped kicks. Really scary lol.
I don't have enough of this!
Is the first part sung by Daniel an actual song?
no. the song was written purely for this episode c:
It's an original song written specifically for that episode, so yes. But it's not a song written in the 1940s, just in the style of the time.
Hey guys, does someone know songs like that? What is this genre?
Don't you know where can I find more songs like this? I really like this era and this kind of songs but I couldn't find any...
Thank you.
Genial
2:30 she just pulled a peanut?
Is this like a pre recording because it doesn’t sound the same as the the show.
this was a clip that was released a few days before the actual episode's release in 2016, i uploaded it here for ease of download for me and my friends to gif and just never took it back down
@@chloe-tn2lp ohhhh! Ok thank you!
Is this the original unedited version? Like they're actual voices live?
I hope that Hayley is actually singing & that she's not dubbed.
There is no Disney project that doesn’t include singing in it at least once
did i see whitney in that somehwhere???
as in whitney frost
Robbie Hill IV yes as the showgirl
Robbie Hill IV around jarvis
who's singing here?
wait I thought sousa had a bum leg
+Joshua Ford he does. but this is just a dream sequence, so it gave enver the chance to act without the crutch c:
I guessed I was trying to be witty though typing doesn't allow it
