When police officers respond quickly to call of a homeless man in front of a business on a sidewalk. That means that the business owner is making donations to the police department. So he uses them to do his dirty job. Sue the business owner and hold them all accountable.

The 14th amendment aspects on top of the 4th and conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law aspects are overwhelming as they discriminated against him in conspiracy and denied him equal protection under the law, there was no reason they couldn't even just verbally detain him despite that ecen being iffy, but say they briefly did just to verify the allegations but then turned to arrest the false accuser and abuser of emergency services in conspiracy to oppress by weaponizing the system against an innocent person, they would be very likely to be determined to have been justified in a brief verbal detention to verify through investigation given the elements of what was alleged. The fact they happily binded and false imprisoned a black impoverished person on word of a wealthier likely even white man and then didn't even arrest the only actual criminal makes them fully corrupt and liable. This is easily 6 figures in settlement alone, paid in full by allocator within 4-6 months from date issued or filed, and completely untaxable as it is still considered compensatory even out of court. I cant even count the amount of extremely indigent and even technically homeless clients we've worked with during the "baiting" times between November of 2015 and January of 2019, and actually 2 of the first people who got involved with it when it was still materializing into what it became in the beginning of 2016 was a couple living out of an old monte carlo, but the ones that look like lumina and was extremely cramped quarters, they were some of my modt favorite to ever work with and we all became very close. They actually are responsible for what it became as they recruited so many people by word of mouth and it was due to that work they managed to become not only housed, but home owners, and also run their own small business which is really taking off since pandemic. They also have 3 children now and came to visit and stay with us here in Mexico twice since weve been here since 2019, and stayed 3 weeks the first time, and 2 months the second time. They actually still carry the torch in many ways back in the states involved with what the baiting work has evolved into since ive been out of it directly. They brought us so many people from completely homeless and already heavily targeted to even wealthy and born wealthy clients who also were monumental in helping our efforts. They brought me my most favorite person ive ever known which is a gorl who was born wealthy and yet has no care about giving away anything she can. She even secured 2 settlements with us directly, 1 was for $40k some, and she ended up investing it all into helping 2 people start their own businesses which she of course is an investor in and not just giving away, but nonetheless she did that without a second thought, the second one was nearly $70k and before she even had the encounter happen that would end up paying, she even said she is baiting her next one to invest in the community and homeless people in general, and while she was anticipating getting like $20k from a simple basic violation she essentially manipulated into happening, it turned out to be a most absurd encounter where they mocked her and thought she was homeless and while dressing to appear as such, she was very clean and yet they insinuated she was on drugs and had poor hygiene and an odor etc!!!! They were quite bitter when her nerve couldnt hold and she ended up rubbing it in their faces that she exploited them, and it turned out they turned off their body cams shortly before all the insults and degrading things, but didn't know her phone that had a screen protector that deliberately looks cracked but is perfectly fine, and her watch were recording the whole time, and she was running a coop bait so there were 2 other back up cameras and a gopro with microphone was positioned where she was standing from inside one of the cars that appeared unrelated. It was quite a perfect setup nobody could have anticipated happening the way it did, and she should have gotten much more in hindsight but the nearly $70k was more than satisfactory for her, and this was right in the middle of summer, so when the settlement was paid out it was in the beginning of what turned out to be a very cold winter, and she ordered bulk amounts of hand and body warmers, these great blankets that trap heat well but are quick to dry and dont absorb water, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, so, so, so many socks and underwear, thermals and tshirts of all sizes. Hats and rain ponchos, and a bunch of energy bars and these high calorie snacks that provide a boost of nutrition and calories that are really good. Then she arranged with this organization that makes bagged meals for anybody who wants one but aimed at homeless and she arranged for several people to drive around homeless areas and give them lut while also offering handwarners and stuff to everyone they see outside. It took 4 days of several hour runs to actually run out of those warmers and bars and stuff and they went to homeless camps and areas they gather to give out the clothing and blanket stuff and the sleeping pads and bags etc. It was pretty incredible and in all she only spent like $15k if her settlement doing that so then she worned with this organization that tries to help people seeking housing to secure it and she did stuff like buy necessities they need from furniture to appliance, to clothing or bedding and mattresses to even groceries and a few people she paid security deposit and first and last, and pretty much it was all gone before she hosted a beginning of spring little party where she rented a Pavillion snd a bunch of food and stuff and grilled and met with anyone who wanted to come but actually missed the majority of it because a friend was in a car accident and she rudhed to go see them and spent thr entire night in the hospital waiting for updates and stuff! Incredible person and that stuff doesn't even scratch how awesome she is. She came to visit us too and ended up giving us 2 puppies to live here on the property and we still have them and they are great dogs that get along perfectly with the other dogs like family. She has got a few other settlements all on her own since she worked with us, many clients end up doing it alone after they learn our systems and the process which is great and exactly what we wanted to happen.
