This is a one bedroom home? 26 x 32? Bathroom off the bedroom? I’m trying to understand what auction and what real house. What would this cost to build?

It is a one bedroom home. I believe it is 24 x 32, a single level.
Every year we have a community auction held at Meadowlark Log Homes in Libby, Montana and we auction off hundreds of items, including Amish quilts furniture, and Log Homes plus a lot of food and miscellaneous items.
