@@Jsutdo it's insanely fast for gaming and the benchmarks are awesome but only hardly some fps difference betn Intel 13th gen . It's your choice price difference is huge... Otherwise go for intel

The market is unpredictable so you don't have to wait because there is no confirmation about the new motherboards but yes there will be an upgraded version of the z790 in 2024 with wifi 7 feature
You can easily run unreal engine on this specification but as we know unreal engine needs more and more resources of pc as the project getting bigger and bigger. For beginner and mid level this specs are best or if you can go i9 . Dm us we can discuss about this :)
