Surreal film about family life. The wife endlessly fiddles in the kitchen, cooks dinner, takes care of a strange pet - a caterpillar with a human head. At this time, the husband is busy with strange things, for example, starting a toy bus on a gramophone record. Suddenly, a stranger comes into the house in a hat, cloak and mask. He tells the owner of the house that his wife is a chicken, as a result of which he drives her out of the house. But time shows that the owner of the house can no longer live without her and calls her to come back. Returning, the wife sees her husband's bird legs. Covering her face, she walks away.
The plot of the cartoon is quite difficult to perceive, and there are many radically different interpretations of its hidden meaning.
