I have noticed in quite a few of your tours you tell the camera person “I’ll get out of the way so you can take a look”, and the camera person ignores it and turns the camera away so we miss out on a lot of details, this one is great, thanks for the tour.

Love the floors. Agree with someone else about adding a 2nd bath. If you added a pool I’d budget for a pool house too. How much a month do the utilities average?
Puglia is very safe. But you do need to ask as to why people are selling as so much work has been done to the house and from the style it’s clear they’re foreigners. Who knows what the real story is.
