Thanks for your comment David and glad you enjoyed my latest video. Struggling to find much time at the moment with grand children baby sitting duties, but as soon as I get a minute, I will be out and about once again! 😀😀
Great job! Will share with my mom Nancy (Woolham) Kettle who grew up in Latchford before emigrating to America with my dad Brian Kettle. Very interested in the Manchester Ship Canal part of the story. My great grandfather William Kettle left Colchester in 1906 with three of his brothers for Warrington because of available work with the canal. Again great job. Thanks!
I can't wait for the next video. I grew up on Lilac Grove, just around the corner from Ackers Pit. Without a doubt I'll learn something new. Another amazing episode. Thanks 🙂
I love this channel. I've not seen DJ Johnny on here for a while, and I really hope he is ok. I know these videos can take a while to create. Hope to see you again soon DJ
Thanks for your lovely comment Neil, I am absolutely fine thanks, just incredibly busy looking after 4 small grandchildren - which is taking up most of my time at the moment. Hence the reason why I have not had even one minute to do a video for quite some time. However, rest assured, as soon as I get the opportunity to get out and about again, DJJohnny will be back! Very best wishes. DJJohnny! 😀😀😀
Hi, Mr Morris it's Joshua Gee thank you for making videos like these. I like exploring Warrington too, hopefully we see each other soon. So i can tell you how college is going.

Aww, thanks for your comment, I am having to have a bit of a sabbatical from my videos at the moment - due to baby sitting duties for my grandchildren. I therefore have very little time to plan and do my videos. However, I do hope to get back on screen as soon as I can! So watch this space and keep tuned in! Thanks again for your comment! 😀😀😀
Hi Johnny! Great to see you back again! Great stuff as always! That post at the crossing is a great little find...would like to hear more about the mineral railway when you cover Wilderspool ? Tantalising strand about Grammar School Road to come..I'm intrigued already! Again thankyou for doing this series! Best wishes and take care
Thanks so much Jimmy, and thanks for your help - as always! Yes, I will be doing more on the Manchester Ship Canal Railway Company - which used the mineral railway line! So watch this space! As you know, my time is at a premium at the moment, so please be patient waiting for my next video! But rest assured, I am on the case!! Take care my friend! 😀😀😀
Thanks for your lovely comments! Yes, absolutely. Latchford is such a big area that it is taking quite a while to finish, but rest assured, I will continue with my history of other parts of Warrington, when Latchford is complete! So watch this space! 😀😀😀
Hi Johnny you still out there? I've almost given up hope on this series now. Having met you I hope all is OK for you and we can look forward to more videos in the future? Best wishes and take care mate
Thanks for your comments Jimmy and so sorry for the significant delay to the Latchford series. With 4 small grandchildren to look after, regrettably I don’t get much feee time. However, rest assured that as soon as I get a minute, DJJohnny will be back! Meanwhile, thanks for your patience and looking forward to catching up again at some point in the future! Very best wishes. John 😀😀😀
Hi again Johnny! Do you know if it's true that Lord Parr paid for the cantelever bridge to be built so he didn't get delayed by the swing bridge (Of which there were plans for two swing bridges side-by-side in the original plan for Latchford. Grappenhall road was planned to have a swing bridge at one point)
Thanks for this Jimmy! I have tried to find info about him paying, but not found any! However, it has been mentioned that he needed access across the MSC - from the other side - along with other business men living on the Stockton Heath side. Yes, I am also aware of the plans for the two swing bridges on the original plan - also I believe the cantilever location was deviated slightly from the original plan! It’s all good fun finding out about this area!! Thanks again for all your help!! Take care! 😀😀😀
Hi Lawrence, thanks for your concern, am having to have some time off from my videos at the moment - due to spending most of my time looking after grandchildren. However, as soon as I can get out and about again, DJJohnny will return. So watch this space and thanks again for your comment. 😀😀

What's happened, DJ Jonny, to your videos on Warrington's History, do you no longer make them ?
Hi Lawrence, thanks for your concern, am having to have some time off from my videos at the moment - due to spending most of my time looking after grandchildren. However, as soon as I can get out and about again, DJJohnny will return. So watch this space and thanks again for your comment. 😀😀
@djjohnnyatjdmfm5995 . Thanks for your prompt reply. I am also looking after grandchildren, so know what it's like.
@@lawrencewilliams333 But it’s all great fun Lawrence, and you will never get that time back, so certainly worth it in spades! Have a great evening! 😀
