I think you could raise your channel's visibility by amending your video metadata to better describe what is going on and who appears in them. For example including the channel name in each video makes it harder to read the title in the videos landing page. Why not name this video "Jon Pisano and friends - The Inside Track". And for the description: "Jon Pisano, John Chiodini and Chris Conner get together in this .... ". What I mean to say is give your audience some more context to grab our attention. Why do people who make live jazz videos put synthesized, plastic, soulless background tracks under them; the horrid invention which put most live players out of work !! ? So dumb, so dumb....
