Eat food that has fewer calories but that are filling. Here's just one example. Eating one cheeseburger from McDonald's is equivalent to eating 3 full russet potatoes as far as calories go. Obviously eating three potatoes is going to fill you up much more than the cheeseburger is. I'm not saying to just eat a bunch of potatoes but my point is that you can fill up on foods that are low calorie instead of eating foods that won't fill you up as much but that have a lot of calories. I also found that if I eat a bit and wait 20 or 30 minutes after, that hunger I felt after eating goes away. Sometimes you need to give your body time to feel that you're actually full.
I’m over weight AND have gone to bed hungry. 😂
