I thought this story line really captured what many family fights are about. Baby Billy made money as part of a brother/sister act with Aimee. He sees Eli as the man who came in and stole his livelihood. Eli and Aimee see Baby Billy as a puts who can’t move on and find another way to support himself. They do have an obscene mega church and surely could have found BB a lucrative position. Then again they tried. Baby Billy sees it as charity for what he should already have ie if Eli hadn’t swooped in he and Aimee would have started their own church. Any family argument both sides always believe they are right and have been wronged so it is impossible to fix without one party backing down.
Why does he say she's well into her 40s because this was supposed to be 1989 and her gravestone says she was born in 1955 which would have made her 34 here
