These are all good answers, though sometimes I do wonder what the ideal trade off between good "standard" answers and individuality/creativity in answers is. From what I witnesses, most well prepared applicants´ answers are in a small range around the ones you stated here, so it will be hard to stand out if HR seeks to filter at that stage already. Or is it the case that they just seek to filter applicants out based on the quality "preparedness" in stage 1 interviews?

I just past the phone interview and have 2 30 min interviews in two days with VP's from two different states. Is the guide questions that they will be asking me? It's an associate position so there will be training but I really want to pass

@@CareerVidz Because it shows your priorities are in the wrong place. Your focus is on how you/employees are treated rather than what makes the company the most money. Also higher likelihood of you suing for discrimination. The focus should be on metrics that earn the company money not metrics companies are required to meet. Especially in finance positions in Los Angeles where offices are majority white, they do not want the liability of someone looking for diversity. Particularly small offices are looking for like minded people and are not concerned about diversity

My advice is always to be yourself and honest, just take inspiration and learn how you can best portray your skills from these answers :)
