yes you can see that T is directly proportional to under root of mass . but for a same mass and same spring the time period itself is a constant as SHM is a periodic motion

in vetical mass system:restoring force is( F' ) is acting opposite to m*g so F'=-m*g, -k*yo=-mg but you have said that F'=m*g??
