Dekha jaye to is wqt imb spss bht ziada use ho raha h, but i don't know how to find work from direct clients, q k hmen to sir se kam milta h, aur zahir h k wo apna bhi commision rkhty hi hon gy.

Y have u put scale for the FS1, FS2, ETC,, y it doesnt become ordinal???? As strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, etc is in order, doesnt it become ordinal???
