Cebu Safari is the biggest zoological park, not only in Cebu but in the whole Philippines. It is the only zoological and botanical park in the Philippines where animals can freely roam around huge area as if they're in their natural habitat.

@@joeypaguia6025 Calauit Safari ay covered lang nya ang hindi aabot sa isang daang ektarya, hindi ang buong isla. At ang mga animals dun ay hindi malulusog at not well maintained safari.
Tsaka, pinabalik na rin ang mga dating nakatira sa lugar na yun na dati pinaalis ni dating pangulong Marcos para magawa ang safari na yun at inilipat sa isang isla na malapit din dun. Dun palagi c Bongbong at mga kaibigan nya maghu-hurting ng mga hayop nung binata pa sya.
What,really how anout calauit safari in palawan...its a whole island not only a hectare...
I vote for calauit calauit is the only safari in the whole Philippines declared as land protected area it means all animals there protected by Philippine law
Calauit have giraffe zebra eland waterbuck and endemic animals found only in palawan
Oh my finally na feature nagyod my hometown Carmen Cebu.. yes malaki talaga ang Cebu safari proud bisaya here. Glad meron nang mga lions, definitely I will give a visit again pag nakauwi. Naka miss tuloy ang pinas.🥰

They should have closed down Manila Zoo long time ago. I went there in 2012 and even now, when they reopened it, I can see the animals are still confined in very small enclosures such as the elephant, lion and tiger which should require bigger space. They call it Modern Manila Zoo but sadly only the enclosures and other aesthetics around the park are improved, not the lives of the animals. Cebu Safari is very similar to both Taipei Zoo and, to some extent, San Diego Zoo, only bigger. Both Cebu Safari and Taipei Zoo are quite identical in size, layout and the way the animals are given huge space as if they live like they're in their natural habitat in lush tropical jungle all over. While Taipei Zoo uses rail-based trams as its internal transport system, Cebu Safari uses regular trams for the guests. Taipei Zoo is only 90 hectares of developed areas while Cebu Safari has 170 hectares.
