Key Largo to Florida City - Day 12 - Walk Across America

Smashed 20 miles today on Highway 1! Longest day of the walk so far. Took one break half way through to eat peanut butter on tortillas. I just wanted the miles done. I recorded my mile splits between miles 8 and 18 and i averaged just under 20-min miles most of the way. Conditions were perfect for walking, I had a day of rest yesterday, the road was straight, and i had remarkably little to photograph... so, at least I know I can sustain a 3mph endurance pace all day long in a best case scenario!
