When I play a herald and need the long spear, it dumps me lkss and crossbows When I play a knight and need the Lothric sword, it immediately gives me long spear and dumps me a bunch of shields When I played a sorcerer that needs Lothric sword as well, it also immediately gives me a bunch of spears and armor sets Y u hate me RNG
Arguably the best light great sword in the game. A Lightning or Crystal Flamberge is a monster, or you can go all out with Carthus Rogue and punish Healers with heavy bleed damage
I remember farming this on new game now I’m going for it again on ng+ The fact I remember this one specifically and STILL solo farmed all covenant items and every other item means this is about to take a while I’ll update the number when I get it Edit: alright turns out 425 item discovery thanks to double crystal sage rapiers with the +3 ring and Symbol is pretty good I got it in 5 runs Edit 2: yup 425 is OP because I just did 6 more runs and got another one
Soul Level 27, farming with a great scythe. Item discovery 110. Flamberge dropped on attempt number 22 for me. I doubt it makes a difference but I backstabbed him every time I tried. Good luck farming! It's doable.

Lol, this dude dropped it the first time i killed them on my first play through, thouht it was a guaranteed drop or smthin and have used it ever since.
Put on the mimic head, as many gold serpent rings on as you can depending on your NG level, and equip the crystal sage's rapier. Then use a gold coin to get even better discovery. The item discovery is insane with those items. be wary though, the mimic head drains your health over time
im using a luck build with gold serpent +2 crystal sage rapier avarice and coins. still nothing. this item needs to have a better discovery rate shits annoying
It takes forever if you're sitting at base item discovery, took me over an hour by doing the method shown in the video. But with a couple of items it shouldn't take longer than 20min.

Me too, got it on first try on my first Dark Souls run ever. (I Started with DS3) since i was a total noob i used the flamberge the hole game

I had an item discovery rate of 430, and this took me 28 runs.. the drop rate is extremely low obviously.

This was easy since I got my luck high early since I planned on doing a bleed build for this weapon. Was worth it.

@@fathorse3263 That's something called the gambler fallacy, the drop rate is always 5%, it doesn't mean you *will* get it after 20 tries.
