Rocky and Hope are so good together. I'm so glad Rocky has a bird friend because he's kind of a loner except he loves George. And watching TV.. But I've never seen him be so excited to meet another bird! 🤩

rocky isnt really a loner, he loves hanging out with george (who is his favorite) and genna as well as marlene. He's played with guests before and hangs out around the other birds.
the problem is because rocky was a biter at first due to being locked up in a cage for years after previous owner issues with a mating incident. He still does tend to bite which is a bit dangerous to the smaller birds so while he can hang out in the same room with them, its better than they don't get to close because as a macaw he is stronger than the rest of the parrots in the house and can seriously injure them. He tends to be by himself most the time by choice though.
George & Genna explains a bit of it in the video.

I really want to get a macaw one day, I know I can handle there neediness but I know that when I move out of my parents house I will have to move into a apartment so I can't have one until I live in a house of my own. Right now I just have 3 love birds and a sun conure.
